How we work

  • Remote-first, India-first. Distributed across Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore and Hyderabad, with optional in-person weeks.
  • Small teams, full ownership. You'll own features end-to-end — design, ship, talk to the clinic using it, iterate.
  • Customer proximity. Every engineer does at least one clinic visit per quarter. Watching a receptionist use your software is the best spec doc we know.
  • No performance theatre. No mandatory standups, no status decks. Ship well, write clearly, stay reachable.
